SO GOOD! as i sat eating my Short rib tacos with Kimche and Sweet Chipotle sauce i looked up to see a giant fist in my face and i realized the meaning behind truck norris, the flavor punched me in the mouth. POW! right to the palette!

Ol’ Missoura
Today we leave the good state of Missouri (As well as Kansas, been in both since Thursday) and we trek the next 10 hours to Nashville Tennessee. On the way we will pass through Illinois and Kentucky. It has been a nice stay in Missouri and i wish we Could stay longer but Florida Awaits!

Well, today was an interesting day but it ended by going to the Birthplace of Harry S. Truman and seeing a Beaver. really a beaver interesting o.O

FLAT! as far as the eye can see, Although the meat that they have here taste 100 times better cause its fresh…gotta say i have eaten BBQ in the BBQ capitol. And let me tell you it was worth a cramped 3 hour Flight and lack of sleep
